Simone Silvestri
3D Artist
Born in Rome in 1990.
I have started working in this industry in 2012.
I have worked for a few teams, most of which were Indies, on a lot of projects.
Most of the time I work as a 3D Artist but I was also promoted as Art Director in two occasions and as Producer in my last job, because I have a good leadership attitude and I know how to manage a team well.
I specialize in anything hard-surface, from props to weapons, vehicles or entire environments, but I can also do organic assets.
I work mostly in Maya and Zbrush and texture with Photoshop and Substance Painter. I've worked a lot with Unity so I'm familiar with the engine.
I'm very professional and I know how to meet hard deadlines, since I had to make my whole team meet them in my last jobs. I also have great communication skills and I know how to work in a team.
Lastly, I'm a very creative individual and I try to improve every project I work on, pitching all my ideas to my superiors and I generally try to partecipate in the creative process as much as possible.
